This 1 bedroom cozy bungalow can sleep up to 4 with a queen pull out sofa. Located in the Heart of Yadkin Valley surrounded by Vineyards, Breweries, antique shopping. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed made up for you. Yes we are Dog friendly. NO CATS!! YOU MUST add your pet to your reservation, there is a 50.00 pet fee. Don't not leave pets unattended. Guest access Enjoy the whole house and backyard Other things to note The coffee table in the livingroom is on casters to make it easy to roll when using the sofa bed. Please let us know in advance if you will need the sofa bed during your stay so we can have the bed made up for you. We do not allow stays longer than 14 days and no more than 4 people. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted with out approval first.
