The porch at the back is accessible from the living room and it`s partly covered, with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 150 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer.
