A coastal themed townhouse with a screened in patio and pool. This home offers new construction and a beautifully decorated space with all the amenities you need. Located on the southern end of Saint Simons Island in Mariners Landing, it's 2.5 miles from the beach and Pier Village. The complex is a .2 mile walk to the gorgeous Gascoigne Park & Epworth By the Sea (beautiful sunsets) where there are walking trails, a fishing pier, disc golf. The space The entire house (except the garage where we store personal items) is available for your use. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious meal. There is an ample supply of spices, non stick spray etc...A gas grill is also available to use outside the screened in porch. A laundry room is included with detergent. Enjoy the beautiful pool overlooking a tranquil pond in the complex with key access located by the front door. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 people but is equipped for up to 7 guests (including children). Please see pictures. Each room include TVs with cable and dvd access. The front foyer features a hall tree to organize beach towels, sandy shoes and other accessories. While enjoying your stay a starter supply of toiletries will be provided for your convenience. Epworth Park is a 3 minute ride that features, eight re-surfaced tennis courts, Bocce Ball courts and pickleball courts all free of charge. Guest access The only space not included is the garage as we store personal items inside. Other things to note There is plenty of parking for cars. No street parking in the community. Driveway accommodates two cars but there is additional parking within the community. Beach chairs,umbrella & boogie boards provided. bike rental: The Bike Dude Mariners Landing is 2.5 miles from East Beach (public) and Pier Village which includes great restaurants, shopping and a water park for kids. It is also .2 miles away from Gascoigne Park which includes beautiful walking trails, a fishing pier, picnic tables and disc golf. We love to walk over to the Pier or walk into Epworth and catch beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. Numerous golf courses on & off island within 10-25 minutes.
