We are located under 5 mins drive from Matamata Township with lots of food options situated on 1.4 hectares. 15 mins drive to the Hobbiton Movie Set. The space 2 separate bedrooms - 1 x Queen and 2 x Single beds Spacious separate living/dining from the bedrooms. Bathroom is accessed from the main living area, near the kitchen. Beautiful decor with high quality sheets and guest amenities. Breakfast is delivered the night before so you can enjoy at your own leisure in the morning offering cereals, juice, yoghurt, condiments & fresh fruit. *Gluten free and Dairy free breakfast available - request on booking. Please note: We have a 2 night minimum on Friday/Saturday bookings. The large deck has a table and comfortable chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets over the extended gardens and rolling pasture.
