Access to a large terrace where the pool is housed. The 6x4 swimming pool with a depth of 1.50 m is open from May to September. You can enjoy plenty of sunshine. Prohibited parties No Smoking indoors Guest access The house consists of an entrance with direct access to the large living room with large, very bright bay windows. A kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with its central island, a rectangular table and 6 seats. Living room with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms / - 1 master suite with 160 bed with walk-in shower, closet and dresser with direct access to the terrace where the pool is located. - 1 bedroom, 160 bed with closet and dresser - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and dresser. A bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower as well as a separate toilet. The living room is very bright thanks to its large bay windows with direct access to the terrace where the pool is located. Outside you will find a dining table with 6 seats as well as an outdoor lounge area and deckchairs. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view and also a gas plancha (bottles provided) The house is tastefully decorated. Other things to note The cleaning fee is €160 excluding kitchen and plancha which must be cleaned and put away, fridge emptied, dishes done and put away, trash can emptied and deposited in city containers. Bed sheets should be removed from beds and placed in the garage.
