We follow Covid 19 cleaning procedures The space Enjoy your stay in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private eclectic 1920’s Bungalow. One bedroom has a queen bed with two touch lamps, that allow you to connect your devices with a USB and outlets on each side for your convenience and a small closet. The other bedroom has a Daybed with a trundle and an individual-sized ottoman pull-out bed this room also has a closet with plenty of space to place your belongings. Each bedroom has smart TV including Netflix, Plenty of free parking on the driveway, and free Wi-Fi. A renovated kitchen also includes a breakfast bar for three people and the dining table has four chairs. The china hutch cabinet turns into a small desk as a working area. Play board games with your family or friends or read some of the books available. Guest access You will park your vehicle in our driveway located on the right side of our Bungalow. After you park you will enter by the small black gate by the driveway. Please access the property by the front door using the keypad (we'll provide the code). On the north corner of our block (Colfax) is Benzina Italian restaurant, around the corner, is City Donuts, Jett Sushi, and within two blocks is Marczyk's supermarket and Nuggs Ice Cream. Henry S. Lindsley Park is two blocks from the house (10 min walk) and is great for families with its playground, tennis and basketball courts, and softball field. Easy driving access downtown via East Colfax Avenue or 13th Ave. More dining and entertainment within only five blocks away located at the new development on 9th & Colorado Blvd. AMC Movie Teather, Trader's Joe, the Alchemy Face Bar, or M. Vince’ Nail Spa, and much more. Visit City Park, Denver Zoo, Denver Nature Museum of Science within only a 5-minute drive and within 5 more minutes, you are at Denver Botanic Gardens, Cheeseman Park, or Downtown Denver. Charming house, nice neighborhood, great location! Other things to note Please only utilize the front door coming in and out of the property using the keypad only. Please lock the door by pressing the lock button on the keypad. Keys will not be provided for any lock. The basement is our primary residence along with two dogs & it is not accessible. We will rarely cross paths, but we will ensure this is not an inconvenience for you. We have exterior cameras, one is facing the street on the front door and the other camera is on the backyard door facing the yard. The cameras are for security purposes and they are only facing the exterior of the property. Please note: This charming bungalow is a 100-year vintage home with a modern touch.
