Nestled within Big Bass Lake Community, this charming lake cabin features a stone fireplace, ample parking, 2 king bedrooms, and a plethora of community amenities. Spend a day at the lake, pool, or pickleball courts, take the family hiking, or ski at Camelback and Montage. End the day with dinner at our neighborhood restaurant and gather around the fireplace or firepit for games with friends and family. The space Neighborhood amenities include: Outdoor Pool (open May through September), splash pad, an exclusive neighborhood restaurant (look up Passing the Thyme for specials and offerings), 2 lake beaches, pickleball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball, kayak and canoe launches, horseshoe pits, fishing docks, playgrounds, a sledding hill, indoor pool, and recreation center. Pick up your amenity pass at the entrance of the outdoor pool. $10/day or $30/week (non-holiday) $50/week (holiday) per person. Free for those age 7 and under. Living/Dining Room: Stone fireplace, ski rack, sectional sofa, 50” TV to login to your personal streaming accounts, throw blankets, counter height dining table for 9, high chair, and window unit AC during summer, screened sunroom off dining area with bar top and couches. Kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove-top, pantry, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, knife block, blender, cutting boards, pots and pans, plates and bowls, pie pans, kids dinnerware set, mixing bowls, baking dishes, utensils, measuring cups, sponges, Clorox wipes, ice trays, Tupperware, pasta strainer, and pantry essentials. Second Bedroom (Green Room): king bed, 32” TV to login to your personal streaming accounts, fan, mirror, hooks, closet, nightstands, and bedside lamps. Bunk Room: twin over twin bunk bed with ladder, twin over full futon bunk bed with built in ladder, 32” TV to login to your personal streaming accounts, board games, retro video games, mirror, hooks, and closet with built-in storage. Outside: Deck with bench, drive-through driveway with parking for 5, propane grill, solar motion sensor lights, Fire pit and benches, and picnic table on deck Heat: Gas fireplace in living room and electric baseboard heat with independent controls in each bedroom and bathroom. Off Limit Areas: small closet outside bunk room, outdoor shed/storage room, crawlspace, and attic. Guest access Walk, bike, or drive to the beach (Less than 1 mile away).
