It is a 120m walk from the front door of our family apartment to the beach via a picturesque pathway next the lagoon through the adjoining holiday resort. -The 180* sea and coastal views - stunning KZN South Coast Vista -The kitchen is fitted with modern finishes. It is equipped with all the utensils you may need as well as a dishwasher. - the main bathroom has a bath and the en-suite bathroom a shower. - The main bedroom has an aircon and stunning views from the bed with a stacked folding door that opens up to a full length balcony. - The second bedroom has a queen size bed, reading lights and a sliding door opening up to the balcony. - The third bedroom has two single beds - All the bedrooms have ample cupboard space, hotel quality linen and plush comfy beds. -There is free uncapped WIFI available during your entire stay. - The living room has a huge, FHD flat-screened TV with Dstv Premium via an Explora decoder providing great holiday viewing. - There are card games & magazines provided for fun family entertainment. - There is an aircon in the living area and main bedroom for the hot summer days. - The balcony has a seating area, to sit and enjoy the most incredible sea views with a Weber braai for "braai with a view". - The apartment is self-catering and all cleaning equipment is provided however cleaning services can also be provided by arrangement. - There is a dedicated, undercover, secure parking bay available to guests and ample extra parking provided within the complex for additional vehicles. - In case of emergencies, there is extra lighting, fire extinguishers, onsite manager and a First Aid Kit provided. **LOADSHEDDING** - South Africa is currently experiencing planned and unplanned power outages - please be aware that our estate is not exempt and guests should take note of this before booking. We supply our guests with time schedules of outages as supplied by Eskom. No refunds given for loadshedding. Guest access Guest have access to all the following common areas: - There is a sparkling pool where guests can have a dip to cool off on those hot, sizzling summer days. - Enjoy a picnic braai/BBQ at the pool while the kids are swimming soaking up the holiday vibes. - The games room has a pool table, fuzeball table, darts & table tennis to keep the young at heart busy on non-beachy days! - A gym for the energetic -Laundromat - arrangements can be made with the caretaker to have your washing done Other things to note No parties or loud gatherings permitted. We welcome responsible families and groups who are looking for a relaxing coastal getaway and guests willing to respect the peaceful environment and our neighbours in the estate. Our apartment is situated on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, as there is no lift access. Unfortunately, there are no areas on the property that can safely accommodate pets. We aim to provide a comfortable stay and encourage guests to review these details carefully before booking.
