House with pool and barbecue, ideal for families

Can Òscar Rural consists of two accommodations: - Can Òscar Petit for up to 7 guests. - Can Òscar Gran for up to 10 guests with an extra bed. Each with its own kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. If you are a group of up to 7 people, Can Óscar Petit will be assigned to you. If you are between 7 and 10 people, Can Óscar Gran will be assigned to you. If you are more than 10 people, Can Óscar Petit and Can Óscar Gran will be assigned to you. The space Can Òscar is a tourist accommodation renovated by ourselves: Josep (or “Gato”); lifelong palette, Trini; my wife; and Martí, our son. Can Òscar is a project in which we have dedicated hours, patience and a lot of enthusiasm. We wanted to maintain the charm of the past, introducing the comforts of the present. It is a space to share with family, friends, or with the group you prefer! In the Accommodation with capacity for up to 7 people (Can Óscar Petit) you will find: A kitchen - dining room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with a bunk bed (lower bed 140cm and upper bed 90cm), 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 bathtub and an entrance patio with barbecue with the possibility of accessing a charming winery. In the Accommodation with capacity for up to 9 people you will find: A dining room (with access to a toilet) and a living room, both with fireplace; full kitchen; a spacious and bright space in a loft where the billiards are located; 1 full bathroom; 2 rooms with a double bed (which can be separated into single beds); 1 room with a double bed and a single bed; suite with double bed, bathroom in the room and terrace with views of the mountains and vineyards. The two accommodations are connected by the backyard, the entrance patio and by an interior door. We are committed to sustainable energy, through the use of solar panels and biomass. In the entrance patio you will find a barbecue, ideal for those meals that we all like so much, and the cellar space for intimate celebrations (possibility of renting the cellar separately). In the back, we have redesigned a large garden with a pool, hammocks and a large table to share those special moments with family, friends or whoever you prefer. Can Òscar is located in Mediona, Alt Penedès, approximately 1 hour from Barcelona. You can find us in the small town called "Can Xombo". We will wait for you! =) Guest access The house has: Entrance patio with barbecue. Nordic sauna (jacuzzi type) in the patio next to the pool. Its use is NOT included in the price. Swimming pool and 2 large tables in the back patio. Pool table in Can Òscar Gran Foosball table in the cellar. Other things to note The Nordic hot tub (capacity 6–8 people) is not included in the price and has an extra cost of €100. It is NOT mandatory to pay, only if you use it, to cover the firewood and water required. Please note the tourist tax is NOT included. It is €1/night/person over 16 years old and subject to change according to legislation. Additionally, under Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October, accommodation providers must collect guests’ data for registration purposes.
