This new 5 floor luxury villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a walking distance from Old Town Dubrovnik with spectacular views of Old town and island of Lokrum. It has all the amenities for a luxury vacation such as an indoor and outdoor infinity pool both heated, hot tub, sauna, wine bar, chill out room with pool table and a bar, outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor dining, elevator and 6 luxury equipped bedrooms each with its own bathroom of which 2 are master bedrooms. The space The guests have the villa for themselves and can enjoy all the amenities this luxury villa offers. It has a central heating/cooling system, a fireplace, the indoor pool is heated therefore this villa is not only for summer vacations but can also be enjoyed during the cooler months when Dubrovnik is not so busy with tourists, an outdoor (also heated) infinity pool with spectacular views of Old Town Dubrovnik and island of Lokrum with deck chairs around the pool area, an infra-red sauna, hot tub, pool table with a bar, wine bar, outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor dining and a large terrace overlooking the Old Town. Each bedroom has its owns bathroom, a sat-TV, independent heating/cooling system, ambiance lighting and sea view except 2 bedrooms which are overlooking a small garden/atrium. On request we can also organize a villa chef, a butler, yacht charters, rent-a-car, wine tours or anything else our quests may require.
