Weavers Cottage is an enchanting, semi-detached cottage with car charging facility, sitting in Carlton-in-Cleveland near Stokesley, North Yorkshire in the North York Moors National Park. The property can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The space 2 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with Smart TVs, 1 x king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC and 1 x single truckle (can be extended to two singles on request). Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with a large range of kitchen utensils inc baking trays/cake tins/blenders/mixers for any bakers in the group. Range Cooker, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, family sized 50/50 Fridge/Freezer, seating for eight and a Smart Speaker. Sitting room with comfy sofas and a large Smart TV plus a woodburning stove. Snug with big bay window and alcove also with a woodburning stove and a very large 50 inch Smart TV, sofa and comfy bean bags. Separate sitting room and snug are perfect for multi generational groups as they allow for extra space and privacy. For further space and convenience, there is also a conservatory including rattan furniture with a beautiful view across the garden to the local village church. Oil fired central heating and 2 x Woodburning Stoves. 6 x Smart TV, one in each bedroom, one in the lounge and also one in the snug which is a 50 inch TV. All TV have Netflix and Prime video apps etc, guests would need to use their own account and please log out before departure. Fast and stable WiFi throughout the entire property. Fuel and power inc. in rent including logs for both woodburners, for the duration of your stay. Enclosed rear lawn and patio with furniture and gas barbecue. Welcome pack includes tea coffee, glass bottle of milk, plus home made cake. Highchair and Travel cot available on request.
