The space The country retreat is a property of about 17,000 meters. In the upper part we have a colonial house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, a kitchen with basic cooking utensils. We do not have cooking products, there are no large pots or pans. In the upper part there are two bungalows with two bedrooms for up to 16 people. In the lower part of the large space, there are 8 one-bedroom rooms that are rented separately, as well as 6 one-bedroom lofts, there is a shared pool and bathrooms for men and women. The place is charming, we recommend bringing groceries, as well as spices and whatever you need in case you want to make breakfasts or quick meals. Dish cleaning is not included, so we ask you to please support us by leaving your dishes clean. Your stay does not include cleaning, if you want cleaning you can request it at an extra cost of 400.00 per night. We also have a large space for events. If you want to hold an event and stay, the event space has a separate cost. What is included in the price of my listing is ONLY ACCOMMODATION FOR 16 PEOPLE, but if you want to hold an event or meeting, it is at an extra cost. The price varies according to the number of people. We can accommodate up to 52 people but we can accommodate fewer people, depending on the number of travelers and your budget. Guest access To get to the place you will pass a dirt road area of about 5 minutes, ESTANCIA SAN PABLO has very large parking, the surroundings are very safe, the pool is shared with other guests.
