This open-plan studio accommodates up to three guests: two in a queen-size bed (which can be set up as two singles) on the mezzanine, and one on a double sofa bed in the living area. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are located on the rooftop and are shared with the two other apartments in the building. Guests have access to a green rooftop terrace with neighborhood views. The terrace is reached via the main building entrance and an internal staircase (two flights of stairs). Apartment EP7L is on the ground floor, with its entrance opening directly onto the street pavement. Guest access Independent studio apartment and access to a shared roof top terrace. Other things to note Early check in or late check out We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check in For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.) Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
