Spacious, family friendly house equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. All five bedrooms, have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, light filtering curtains and lounge chairs. Two of the bedrooms have a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. There are air conditioning units in the dining and living area as well. The patio areas have comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, string lights, ceiling fans, a hammock, and dining tables. The space Perfect for a large family getaway! Walking distance to the beach. A peaceful atmosphere and great place to retreat and relax with family and friends. Additionally, there is a backup generator for the entire house and a water cistern to supply the house in the event of an outage. Guest access Access to the entire property. Other things to note Important notes from host: * No parties or events are allowed at the house. No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter or fireworks. * No additional guests allowed. Only the people included in the reservation guest count. * No candles, smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. * Long term stays (14 days or more) will require additional cleanings, depending on length of stay, to be paid for by guest. Additional cleaning frequency and schedule will be coordinated with each guest.
