Just 800 yards from beach access, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway. The space Snowbirds are welcome! Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Easy clean up with a hot/cold outdoor shower. All natural open lawn with ample parking to accommodate boats and trailers. Two South facing balconies offer great al fresco dining options. Grill your catch on the propane grill and enjoy dinner on the open patio with peek-a-boo views of Cape San Blas in the distance. All worries will sail away as you enter with 10+ foot ceilings and chic, coastal décor. The living room offers comfortable seating, with a flat screen television with DVD player. The dining area is an open concept with seating for 13. The kitchen is modern with all stainless appliances and stone countertops. All dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities are provided. Full laundry is also provided. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor each with a full bathroom: queen bedroom with en suite bath as well as a bunk room (full beds), with detached bath. There is an additional seating area on the second floor with a huge open balcony offering the best star gazing opportunities! The master bedroom is located on the second floor, king, with an attached bath. The king master is spacious, boasting room darkening shades, ceiling fan, flat screen television, and attached bath with double vanity and standalone shower. Spacious, clean accommodations with ample room for the whole family! Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
