A bus stop 500m away connects to the city center and Poetto beach, but we recommend renting a car to easily explore the area and visit the stunning southeastern coast (Villasimius, Costa Rei). The space The property is located in a renowned residential neighborhood in the metropolitan area of Cagliari. Situated on the ground floor, it features a private-use garden on two sides of the apartment, accessible through a private entrance. The interiors, equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a 65-inch LED TV, are very bright and well-ventilated, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area, furnished with sun umbrella, sun loungers, sofas, and a dining table, allows you to enjoy both the daytime sunshine and the cool evening breeze, all in complete privacy.
