You can enjoy moments of conviviality in the spacious living and dining room, or even outside the house if you choose an outdoor meal or simply to relax while enjoying a good wine in the best company. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, but if you prefer you can still enjoy the fireplace in the living room. If you have a taste for cooking, make use of our modern kitchen equipped with the most diverse appliances that will make you feel at home. For your well-deserved rest, all rooms are equipped with large and comfortable beds and 100% cotton bed linens. One of the bedrooms has a TV and two have a private bathroom, with the third bathroom in the common area. If by chance you have to combine work with your vacation (we hope not), but if that is your case, don't worry, the entire house has fast internet access. Traveling with a baby? Please note that the house is also equipped with a crib and high chair for meals. If your stay will be longer or your travel style involves adventure and getting your clothes dirty on nature tours and activities, rest assured, the house has a washing machine and a drying machine. Other things to note We inform you that: Check-ins between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm have a fee of €20. Check-ins after 10:30 pm have a fee of €30. We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2025, a new law came into force in the Azores that requires the collection of a tourist tax of €2 per night per guest for the first 3 nights of the stay. This charge will be applied to all guests, except in the cases of exemption provided for in the legislation. Exemptions: The following cases are exempt from paying the tax: a) Guests under 13 years of age; b) Guests whose stay is motivated by obtaining medical services, for the days necessary for treatment, plus one night's stay, with this exemption extending to a person accompanying the sick guest (even if the companion does not stay overnight at the establishment due to health reasons); c) Guests with a physical disability of 60% or more; d) Residents of the Azores. Documentation Required Status: To benefit from the exemption, it will be necessary to present the documentation corresponding to the situation at the time of payment of the tax.
