The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and terrace with outdoor dining area, and is also equipped with the main comforts such as: Jacuzzi, Netflix, air conditioning and wifi, features that make it the ideal starting point to discover the wonderful "città stellata". The space The 100 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM: with dining area, double sofa bed, split AC and TV with Netflix, TIM VISION CALCIO with DAZN and INFINITY+; - BEDROOM with double bed and 2 wardrobes; - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds and desk; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and Jacuzzi; - BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet, shower box; - TERRACE with table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: free wifi, independent heating, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Please note that the Jacuzzi is currently NOT working. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the Tourist Tax (equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 10 nights) via our Guest Portal.
