The space "Cozy Garden" is a charming 74m² apartment on the first floor of a historic four-unit building. It features a delightful breakfast nook and a small terrace that opens directly to a peaceful section of our large patio, with a gazebo just steps away. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Bávaro Road, you’ll enjoy the serenity of lush gardens, a communal pool, and the friendly atmosphere of local life. The apartment is within walking distance of the main street, and it has access to banks, pharmacies, hospitals, car rentals, shops, bars, restaurants, and spas, among other things. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, and Downtown are 10–15 minutes away by car. Public transport is easy to access, and we recommend using Uber for a comfortable, affordable ride. High-speed fiber optic WiFi is available indoors and outdoors. Electricity is included—no extra charges. Flexible check-in and check-out, plus weekly cleaning, are available with 24 hours notice (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
