An outdoor sanctuary walking distance to the Silver Mountain gondola! Enjoy a comfortable and family friendly space for the whole family. Upstairs living room for lounging, dining room table that seats 10, fully stocked kitchen - including a Keurig Duo for just a cup or a whole pot of coffee with coffee and creamer provided. Permit 19-09 The space The upstairs has a living room with a 55" Smart TV, a dining room with a table that has a leaf in the coat closet for seating up to 10, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen), the living room has a queen sofa sleeper, and the hall closet has a couple of air mattresses if needed. There is a full bathroom. There is a covered patio off the dining room into the backyard with a 28" Blackstone grill. There is a dog poop bin and scoop for those with pets to have an easy way to cleanup. The lower level has two bedrooms (one queen and another with two twin beds) as well as another living room with a hide-a-bed couch. The downstairs living room features an additional 55" TV and an XBox 360 with some games and 2 controllers. There are 2 additional bathrooms on this level one with a tub and one with a shower. A full laundry room as well. There are toys and board games in the room with the twin beds. Each bedroom on both levels have 32"' Smart TV's mounted to the wall. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo so you can brew one cup or a whole pot. Coffee, pods, and creamer provided. The showers have locked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted dispensers for your use filled with Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals Green Tea & Lemongrass Scent products. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except a locked closet under the stairs. Access is with a wifi smart lock with individual codes per guest. For early check-in ask and we will do our best to accommodate. Other things to note We would appreciate if guests remove their shoes/boots at the door. Upon checkout we ask that you start the dishwasher and a load of towels if possible. Also, for those with pets pickup after your pet using the dog poop bin and tools.
