The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, knife set, plates, bowls, kitchenware, silverware, and more). Within the kitchen is an enclosed in-unit washer/dryer. Next to the bathroom is the first bedroom with a two Queen size beds and a twin size If you walk out of this area, through the kitchen, you'll be welcomed to the spacious living room with a double daybed and large couch. It's perfect for seating a large group. If you open the exterior door from the living room, you will be welcomed by the private patio with comfy seating. If you walk through the living room, you are welcome to two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 more units. Guest access You have full access to the entire compound and surroundings, navigating around is simple Each place has its own entrance and digital lock for security and privacy. Other things to note No local guests (city or suburbs) $1000 smoking/party fee Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am. No Parking on the street. $200 fine. One time pet fee of $200. Only dogs under 40lbs allowed. No guests are allowed in the home, unless permission is received from the host -If items are left behind and guest wants it mailed back, guest will be charged a $25 trip fee along with the shipping cost If our cleaners agree to early check-in / check out they charge us: -Early check-Ins at 2pm $100 -Late Check-Outs at noon $100 If check-out guide is not followed, and excessive cleanining is needed to clean the home, you will be charged $60 / hour for excessive cleaning.
