Property Amenities - King size bed & queen sleeper - Large outdoor pool - Elevators - Dedicated high-speed WiFi and router w/ ethernet (Xfinity 100Mbps) - 2 Smart TVS with Xfinity, Roku - Keyless check-in 24/7 The space This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps four guests and features a full kitchen, oceanfront balcony, dining area, living room, and bayside sitting room. The bedroom has a king size bed, and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Air conditioning is provided by wall units, and heat from the baseboards. Please note that this condo does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however there is coin operated laundry in the building on level M. Linens and towels are included with booking! Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available in the building for your use during your stay.
