There's high speed broadband throughout the property. The light and airy bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is high speed broadband throught the property. There is also parking available for 1 car. Guest access Guests have sole access to the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is equipped with sprinklers that are sensitive to heat and smoke - please be careful when cooking and make sure to use the extraction fan and open a window. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
