Located on the ground floor of the house, it is composed of a nice living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,200 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room with TV, double sofa bed, pellet stove and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200) - A shower room with Italian shower - A separate toilet On the first floor : - One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and small balcony Outside : - A beautiful private and closed garden of 1 200 m² facing south - A wooden terrace of about 30 m² facing south with furniture, barbecue and shade cloth to enjoy the nice days For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, ironing board and iron, washer. Other things to note - The house is separated into two 70 m² units which can be rented together on request. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Free Wifi available. - The stove is functional, a bag of pellets is provided per stay. - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
