Not far from the center of Magione, a few kilometers from Perugia, is a strategic point to reach Gubbio, Cortona, Val d'Orcia, Siena, Florence, Rome. The perfect solution for a romantic getaway or a vacation in style with family or friends. Due to the location, a car is recommended. The space The house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to two bedrooms and sofa beds. The living area, spacious and bright, has a cozy fireplace and the kitchen is equipped with all the best amenities. An en-suite bathroom, the characteristic green bathroom and the new bathroom on the first floor, conclude the interior spaces. Outside a large garden frames the Villa. Here you can relax in the sun, taste delicious local recipes, sip an aperitif or walk among the ancient olive trees. About 400 meters from the house, easily reachable on foot, there is a pleasant free beach directly on the lake. Here you can enjoy moments of relaxation, enjoy aperitifs and have dinner with a beautiful view. Also during the week, the beach could be animated with interesting musical events. Any additional requests for changing sheets or towels during the week will incur an additional charge. The sheets are made of fine percalle cotton and satain cotton. The towels are of superior quality cotton. Each guest will be provided with at least 2 pillows (goose feather and memory). Hypoallergenic microfiber pillows are also available upon request. An additional charge may also be request for electricity - air conditioning - heating. This is based on metered usage and charged at the end of the stay. Free parking space.
