Surrounded by beautiful oak trees, our Oak Retreat Guest House is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the country! Just 15 minutes north of Bonham, and nestled between Lake Bonham and the newly constructed Bois D’ Arc Lake, you are only minutes from shopping, dining and recreation. Built in 2021, the space is a 750 sq ft farmhouse style studio perfect for couples or a couple with a small child. Beautiful vaulted wood ceilings and antique furnishings take you back in time! Other things to note . No cleaning fee! There is ample parking for boats and an outside electrical outlet is available. In addition to the King and Twin bed,, a full size memory foam floor mattress is available upon request for a third person, or for an alternative sleeping arrangement. A toddler play yard is also available upon request.
