Mullan is a quiet, friendly town and home to the start of the Trail of the Coeur d Alenes paved bike path. A cabin located in downtown Mullan. The downstairs was most recently the town coffee shop that has been converted to living room, kitchen, dinning room and game room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Ride your ATVs and snowmobiles (when there is snow) right from the property. Riding ATVs is completely legal on the streets of Mullan. There are three smart TVs in the building. A 55” TCL smart tv on the main floor, a 55” TCL smart tv in the master bedroom and a 60” TCL smart tv in the 2nd master. You’re welcome to sign into your own streaming services. There is a wood burning stove on the main floor as well as a gas fireplace. Ample FREE firewood. There is also a wood fire place outside on the patio and a bbq. The kitchen features a fridge, gas stove, three bin commercial sink, dish washer, washer and dryer and is fully stocked with all the essentials. There is a drip coffee pot and Folgers coffee from Costco is provided. Mullan is a very small town. You’re welcome to bring bikes/skis/snowboards into the building. Another good place to store bikes is in the wood shed. The stairway between the upstairs and downstairs has yet to be updated. It is fully functional, just old. The building has a window air conditioning unit on the main floor that keeps the main floor cool. The upstairs has two stand alone air conditioning units that keep the bedrooms nice and cool. 😎 This is a pet friendly property. This is a very popular Airbnb.
