Other things to note Before you secure your spot at Stayin' Sandy Nest, here’s what you need to know:: • Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only. • Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 8 guests. • Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee/per dog. We use PetScreening to manage our furry guests—you will receive a link to register your dog after booking.
