Is perfect to discover the historic center with its architecture, squares, wine bars and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe unique. You will then have a supermarket 15 m away. It features a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped "real" kitchen complete with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, no-frost refrigerator, and TV. You'll find ample wardrobes in a modern space designed with care. You can also enjoy good music thanks to Wi-Fi and numerous USB ports distributed throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with ducted air conditioning. The apartment spans approximately 70 sqm and offers two bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. Guest access The "Casa da Gio '" has a large internal courtyard (access protected by a driveway gate) where you will be given a free parking space for the duration of your stay, all you have to do is unload your suitcases and enter. You will be in the heart of the city and you can forget the car. For any need, a small but convenient supermarket will be exactly 2 minutes walk from the house. Other things to note I am an architect and during the lock down I realized my great desire, that of thinking and transforming the house for my traveling friends.
