If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. Parking Details: Ample parking in the driveway.
