A wonderful little place for family and friends to gather just a five minute drive from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. The cottage is unique! A small but well stocked kitchen, quaint little bathroom with shower, living room with lazyboy recliners and a classic 1970s couch, wood burning stove and plenty of books and games. Through a doorway is another large, attached room we call the family room, from here you can access the deck, hot tub and rushing stream from the exterior door. Room details and layout  The downstairs family room has a twin size bed  Upstairs is completely dedicated to sleeping, with one queen sleep area, a bunk area with six twin beds, and a bedroom with a king bed, rocking chair, and crib if needed. Please note, there are no doors separating these sleeping areas. You will have this dwelling to yourself along with ample outdoor space to roam. Plenty of parking.
