THIS is a amazing 4000 sq ft property! Our place sleeps up to 16! Its a newly furnished coastal beauty! You will feel like you are at a private resort! Step outside to a unique custom made Tiki bar, a huge Hot Tub, as well as a Salt water pool and waterfall. All this nestled on 2 acres for endless privacy and seaclusion! The space 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths sleeps UP TO 16 with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk, 1 trundle and 2 futons! Guest access Full access Other things to note No large parties please. Pool has a heater and can be heated to approximately 82-88 for an additional $20 a day fee. We will do our best to accommodate that but in the winter months it may not reach those temperatures depending on overnight cold. If temps drop really low it may be impossible for the pool to heat to the higher temps but we always try our best! The spa connected to the pool is the same temperature as the pool, it's not a hot tub unit.
