This is a recently renovated mid-century home in Fullerton just 5 miles/13 minutes from Disneyland! This neighborhood is quaint and cute and peaceful! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a backyard deck with a lovely hillside view of palms, greenery and of Fullerton. No pets, NO SMOKING of any kind (no marijuana or tobacco) on the premises, NO parties or events or gatherings of extra people, no loud noise, no cars parked on the street. This is a very quiet family neighborhood, so please respect that. House has about 1660 square feet, so is not extra large. Please no parties or events. No extra people beyond those stated in your reservation. Please keep noise very low with especially quiet time after 9 p.m. Since this is a small neighborhood street, please park all cars in the driveway, and not any in front of neighbors’ houses. Please limit to 2 cars total. No revving of vehicle engines, especially late at night and limit loud voices or any music noise that could be heard outside the house and no additional people coming and going late at night. Please no cigarette butts or other trash left in the yards. NO SMOKING of marijuana or cigarettes of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the premises. Any smell of cigarette smoke inside the house will also incur extra charges from the deposit. Please do nothing that would disturb neighbors. Some deposit money may need to be kept if rules are violated or we get any complaints from neighbors. Please be aware that the cleaning fee is a basic standard fee and if the cleaning person is required to spend far more than the usual time cleaning due to the condition of the house after guest departure, then the extra cost for extra time cleaning may need to be used from the deposit. We encourage the guests to please keep the premises (inside of house and outside in the yards) clean and please put all trash in the provided receptacles or in the labeled trash bin on the right side of the house. If rearranging of furniture is desired, please contact us to ask for permission, and/or return everything to its proper original place before your departure. Also, if the guest has time and is willing to launder or start to launder their linens (towels and sheets) before departure, it would greatly help the housekeeper in getting the house ready for the next guests, and will help to keep cleaning costs down. Trash pickup day is Thursday, so if you are staying there on a Thursday morning or Wednesday night, please place the bins from the side yard onto the curb area with all your household trash (and separate bin for recycling) that's been accumulated. (Holidays may delay pickup by one day.) Please replace the bins after trash has been picked up by the trucks, if you are still staying at the house at that time. Thank you. Please only use parking in the driveway, and no cars on the street overnight, and NOT any parking in front of any neighbors’ houses. Please limit to 2 cars. Also, there is an exterior security system with cameras for the yards and outside premises, plus in the garage due to some stored items in the garage. It is still fine to access the garage and use the laundry facilities, and it is understood that guests are completely allowed to use the laundry area. There are no security cameras inside the house so no privacy infringement will be an issue inside the house. There is an alarm system for the house if needed. Very quaint, sweet neighborhood—This is a peaceful, family neighborhood, so please respect that. Families are preferred. Keep noise to a minimum, please, and especially quiet time after 9 p.m. No music that can be heard outside the house. Please park only in the driveway and not in front of any neighbors’ houses. Limit 2 cars maximum. No trash left in the yard or the neighborhood. No public drinking in the front yard or in the neighborhood. NO SMOKING inside or anywhere on the premises. No nudity or scantily clad people in the front or back yards where neighbors may view. Please do nothing to disturb neighbors or cause complaints. Uber or Lyft may be available for additional transportation. No pets, NO SMOKING of any kind (marijuana or cigarettes or anything) inside or anywhere on the premises, no parties or gatherings of additional people. Please do nothing that would disturb neighbors or cause complaints, including no nudity or scantily clad people outside in the front or back yards where neighbors may view. This is a quiet, family neighborhood, so please respect that. Families are preferred. No public drinking in the front yard or neighborhood. No trash left in the yards or neighborhood, and put interior trash in the provided receptacles or in the labeled trash bin on the right side of the house. Please clean up after yourselves to keep cleaning fees lower. Security deposit with Airbnb is $500.00.
