The backyard is truly your own private oasis, with a heated pool making for a comfortable experience as you take in the warm Arizona sunshine. In the evening on a clear night - the starlit sky is so romantic and amazing! This charming house features, a tastefully decorated & clean interior that comes with all the modern comforts of being in your very own home. The stainless steel appliances & fully stocked gourmet kitchen (including spices) is perfect for the chef in your group that loves to entertain & prepare a delicious meal. The house is so well designed and spread out amongst one level, giving each bedroom it's very own unique sense of privacy, while also bringing your group together at the same time. Additionally, the house boasts super fast Wi-Fi. Each bedroom is dressed to the nines in cumphy & cool white bedding & linens & has their own flat screen TV that is pre set-up for Netflix or Amazon Prime. There is room for parking a total of 4 cars (2 in the garage / 2 in the driveway) - no street parking is allowed in this neighborhood & you have access to the entire house during your stay! Additional linens are available if needed & plenty of towels are available for your indoor & outdoor living needs! **NOTE** The property does not feature a safety gate or fence around the pool & therefore may not be suitable for children. Parents & Guests 100% responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of the children around the pool at all times. **Dogs only are allowed with approval before arrival - Non refundable $100 cleaning fee applies for dogs*** ***POOL HEATER*** - The Pool can be heated to 80 - 85 degrees.
