On one of the 2 terraces you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea, watch birds on the water or just sunbathe. The sea is only 200 m away. Dogs allowed for a fee. Additional permission required! On one of the 2 terraces you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea, watch birds on the water or just sunbathe. The location of the house is in a cul-de-sac in a small vacation home settlement with few neighboring houses. The surroundings offer lots of peace and privacy. Nevertheless, the sea with its natural reed beach is only 200 m away and invites you for walks. Note: The sauna is ready! For the frequent use of the sauna during the stay, there is a one-time usage and cleaning fee of 25 EUR. Typically North German in an eco-wooden house, a modern and at the same time cozy house for up to 6 people in full beds awaits you. Each room has its own style and has been lovingly decorated. Thus, the large bedroom equipped with a double bed, with an adjoining dressing room, is more in the country house style and in calm ocean colors. It invites you to retreat with a couch and armchair. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, impresses with its Scandinavian style. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and is therefore particularly suitable for children. It is discreetly playfully furnished and therefore also intended for smaller guests to feel good. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower with a rain shower. The large living and dining room combination is flooded with light. The floor-to-ceiling window front offers an excellent view even from the cozy sofa, e.g. directly on the Baltic Sea or in bad weather on the TV :-). The transition to the dining area, reminiscent of a rustic country house, and to the open kitchen are flowing and invite you to a cozy get-together. The fully equipped kitchen lacks for nothing and tempts you to cook. It offers plenty of work space for chopping and preparing. There is an oven at working height for more pleasant cooking, a gas stove, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. After dinner, the dishwasher does the rest. In addition, the house offers a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning utensils. On closer inspection, you will also find a first aid kit and other things such as a beach shell, which can of course be used. There is also a canoe for max. 5 people and two mountain bikes for adults. The house is child-friendly. Despite the family orientation of the house, even couples or visitors who arrive without small children will not feel like they are in the Villa Kunterbunt.
