The home has a large great room with a gas fireplace, large sectional sofa and 55 inch flat screen with all the apps for a huge selection of movies and content. The gourmet kitchen is decked out with high end viking stainless steel appliances, including 2 convection ovens, griddle and 4 burner gas stove. It also has an oversized Sub Zero refrigerator and gorgeous soapstone countertops and backsplash. Guests may take their meals at the breakfast bar or the full dining room with room to seat up to 8. The primary master suite encompasses the entire top floor of the residence, which includes a warm fireplace and king sized bed. The room is connected to a full sized office and a private balcony off the front of the house. It also has a 55 inch flat screen smart television, en suite bath with soaking tub and large steam shower and teak bench. The walk in closet has his and her areas with built in drawers for storage as well as a washer and dryer.
