This is not a tiny cottage, but a beautifully decorated family home just a block from the water's edge! This home is perfect for a vacation getaway or for the traveling professional who wants all the comfort and conveniences of home. You will be greeted by two 100-foot palm trees and a lush lawn at the front of the house. All new stylish furnishings make you feel pampered throughout. From the large family area, enjoy the bay-window's views out to the landscaped yard, watch SmartTV, or just recline in the flickering light from the real wood-burning fireplace. The house is filled with natural light, and feels clean and bright. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms that each have a pillow-top queen sized bed, and one with twin bunk-beds. The master bath has a tiled shower with frameless glass surround, vessel sink, and floor with river-rock insets. The second bath has a tiled tub/shower combo. Both baths feature beautiful glass-tile accents. From the backyard, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean about 200 yards away. Dine alfresco on the covered patio with table and chairs for 6 and lounges for two. You'll love the privacy of the large fenced yard with plenty of grass on which to play. Walk to the ocean bluffs with a park and popular surfing spot at the end of the street (Memory Park). It's a great place to watch the sunset and spot sea lions & otters in the surf. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, making morning walks safe and relaxing. If you enjoy running, hiking, or road & mountain biking, endless loops await you.
