Welcome to our home centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles. We are about -20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles -25 minutes from Hollywood -35 minutes from Santa Monica Beach -30 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood -35 minutes from LAX airport -35 minutes from Sofi Stadium -35 minutes from Disneyland Our home is in an EXTREMELY quiet neighborhood so come back and rest after your busy day out. Meticulously renovated inside and out with 4BR/2.5BA and 1700 sq ft of living area. The space Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (Upstairs) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Upstairs) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (Upstairs) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed with en-suite Bathroom with Smart TV (Upstairs) Return home from a night out on the town to enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of the 4 bedrooms. Each featuring memory foam beds, new linens, towels, and pillows to make for a comfortable night's sleep. The large open-space living room has ample space to enjoy a movie on the 55-inch HD Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with new modern stainless steel appliances, sleek wood cabinetry and ample overhead lighting. Not to mention, a toaster and Keurig for your morning coffee and tea. The basics will be provided: WiFi Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner Towels Hair Dryer Iron & Board Plates & Bowl Cooking Utensils Pots & Pans Glasses, Mugs Wine Glasses Keurig Coffee Maker Guest access There are two storage closets in the home that are inaccessible. Everything else is for the guest to use. Other things to note This is a stand alone, 2 story home in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. No more than the booked amount of guests on the property at any given time. The home has a keypad front door allowing for easy access. Your code will be sent to you a day prior to check-in. No early check-in/out unless agreed upon prior to arrival. The access code is only valid for the duration of your stay.
