Escape to this charming, recently remodeled home, just a short walk from Main Street, Sawmill Crossing, and Green Valley Park. Enjoy the privacy of your own driveway and unwind in the hot tub with a TV by your side. The spacious backyard invites fun with outdoor games, while the fully stocked kitchen and bathroom ensure every comfort. With one private room and four additional beds, this home is perfect for any getaway. Locally owned and managed, your host is always nearby to assist! The space There are two mini-splits, which are the main source for heating/cooling. There is one located in the living room and one in the back main bedroom; each has its own remotes, which are the sole controls for the temperature. The house is located up above the street (you have to go up the driveway), so it keeps you from hearing any cars that go by for the most part. You cannot see most of the backyard from the street, which gives you more privacy. The neighbors also can only really see the front of the house/ driveway, so the hot tub area is pretty private all around. There is only one camera on the property, and it is located above the patio looking out to the driveway/ street. Guest access The whole property is available for guest use, none of the space is shared nor the driveway. Other things to note There are animals in the area; elk/deer tend to come onto the property please refrain from feeding or getting too close we have not yet installed a gate, but it is in the plans for the near future. *Payson is currently under fire regulations only propane please inquire about any questions prior to booking*
