There are three outdoor areas with fantastic views to choose from: the stone terrace with barbecue, the garden on the lake side with a great old stone table, and the garden on the bungalow roof - all a highlight in itself. The property is fenced. There are mostly flat beaches along the river Mera as well as in Gera Lario. With children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing school, canoe hire, tennis, boccia. Through the terrace with wrought-iron gate you enter the living area, with sofa, dining table and kitchen. From the living area you enter the bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom is on the lake side and has terrace access. The furnishing is tasteful and modern with rustic elements. Individual interior design with natural materials and a sense for refined details. You will find an oasis of tranquillity here with a fantastic view far over the lake and mountain world. The location is ideal as a starting point for hikes, walks or mountain biking. Also popular with paragliders. The landlords live in the village below and are cordial and obliging. Your car is parked at your bungalow, other parking spaces in the area. The access road is tarred up to the house. You will reach the small mountain hamlet with your holiday rustico via several serpentines on the partly narrow mountain road.
