Available bikes, BBQ and beach floaties! The space The space is located on the ground level of our recently built house. It is not a basement, windows let in lots of natural light, and there are no stairs. Parking is directly outside the suite. The area is immaculate and showcases minimalistic and tasteful decor and furniture, creating an inviting and functional environment for guests. The suite has air conditioning to keep you cool during our sizzling Okanagan summer heat and we have high-speed wifi for your entertainment or work needs. BEDROOMS (2) The suite boasts two large bedrooms, each with a KING SIZE bed convertible to TWIN SIZE beds upon request. Ample closet, and dressers offering plenty of storage. BATHROOM (1) One full bathroom includes a shower, tub, vanity, and lots of storage. Bath & hand towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. Everything you need to stay clean & fresh! KITCHENETTE The kitchen features a medium-size fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishware, and wine glasses. There is also a Keurig coffee machine stocked with complimentary pods for guests to enjoy. Everything you need to prepare meals and stock groceries during your stay. LIVING AREA Relax in the cozy living area, complete with a large TV, sofa, and coffee table. Guests will have complimentary access to streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, & Prime Video). IN-SUITE LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are located inside the suite for guests to use. Laundry soap is provided for your convenience. LAUNDRY IS SHARED WITH OUR HOUSEHOLD but we always ask before entering the suite. OUTDOOR SPACE Guests can enjoy the Okanagan sunshine in our well-equipped outdoor space. EXTRAS We have bicycles, beach floaties, and coolers that guests may borrow during their stay. This saves you the headache of lugging these bulky items with you when you travel. We also have lots of children's toys, books, and games for your little ones to enjoy. Guest access Your parking space is only a few steps away from the suite's independent entrance making it easy to come and go. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite and the backyard and patio area during their stay. We only have one parking space available.
