Starting from the historic center and along pleasant stairways, you can reach both the highest and lowest villages, which host numerous accommodation solutions far from the center. ResidEnza 1 (together with the adjacent ResidEnza 2) is the only holiday villa located in the historic center of Ravello, surrounded by 500 square meters of garden, equipped with private parking reserved for guests and without architectural barriers to facilitate access for guests with mobility difficulties. It is located a few meters from the central square (Piazza Duomo), bars, restaurants and public transport to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. The well-kept lawn of the garden, shaded by the pine tree and lemon trees, can be admired from the villa's patio, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The interiors, very well maintained, allow a comfortable accommodation for 4 people, in the 2 bedrooms, and if necessary a fifth guest in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with all amenities, including an electric oven. The 2 bathrooms are finished with the typical tiles of the Amalfi Coast and equipped with a shower. The washing machine and iron complete the amenities. Ideal location for one or two couples who want to enjoy a few days of quiet, for families with children to play freely in the garden, for guests who are no longer young or who have mobility difficulties. Ravello, located in the center of the Amalfi Coast, is the ideal place to start for day trips, and then return in the evening to dine in the cool garden.
