Two parking spaces are available for you. Front porch, private rear deck, large lush lawn. Plenty of comfy seating in bright living room with tv, games, DVD. Full kitchen with everything including dishwasher needed to prepare home cooked meals. Serene master bedroom with sunrise views. Guest bedroom also has a king bed. Sunroom has a loveseat, desk, table and chairs overlooking the ocean. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Large deck patio furniture. Gas grill is on ground level. Guest access The entire first floor apartment, and the attached , ocean facing outdoor deck with patio table and chairs are exclusively for your use and enjoyment. The lush ocean facing lawn with lounge chairs is shared with the upstairs unit. You have two parking spaces off the street. Other things to note We cannot accommodate pets. There is a no smoking policy, of any substance, or vaping, allowed on the property. No parties allowed. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of others in the building as well as the neighborhood. Rental is for registered guests only. Any daytime visitors must be approved by the owner prior to reservation. Seven night minimum stay for July and August, check in day must be either Saturday or Sunday depending on availability. Five night minimum for all other months. Maximum occupancy of 3 people, additional nightly fee for third person.
