In the spring of 2024, a new kitchen with dishwasher was installed and the house was newly furnished. Notes on additional costs and fees: Please note that during the New Year's Eve week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, with a flexible arrival/departure day. €150 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. A pet can be booked for an extra charge. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking near the house is free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee. The house has a cozy living/dining area with a kitchenette. The new kitchen with dishwasher was installed in spring 2024 and the house was newly furnished. Here you can experience a relaxing TV evening or a game night with the family. The shower room can be reached via the entrance area of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed and is a passage room to the second bedroom. There is a bunk bed there. For our little guests, we have a high chair and a baby travel cot on site. On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun and the pleasant climate of the pine forest at breakfast. The surroundings invite you to take walks on the beach and extensive bike tours. The nearby beach and a beautiful beach playground are ideal for families. Barbecuing with an open fire is not permitted in the beach park. Risk of forest fire!
