Guest access Guests have full access to all the property. • Please note the rear of the property has been gated off for the safety of small children as it houses water tanks and a maintenance hatch for the pool. In the event that anything should go over the gates, such as an inflatable ball, a key for the gate can be made available! Other things to note • One member of the party is required to be 25 years of age or over. • The property has a double sofa bed which can provide additional sleeping for 2 extra people. (Maximum 8 guests). This would be for families only. • AIR CONDITIONING in all bedrooms - please note a pay meter is installed which is not for profit, only to deter guests from leaving on unnecessarily when not in the property or when doors/windows are open.
