The kitchen is also fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, etc. A 35m² raised terrace, 2 toilets, and two bathrooms complete this beautiful cottage. It is located 20 minutes from Clermont, 25 minutes from Puy de Dôme, and 1 hour from the ski slopes. The space The house is completely independent, and you only need to cross the street to get help from the owners. Guest access You can therefore enjoy the area at your leisure, with everything you need close at hand, as you will be just 10 minutes away from shopping centers. Other things to note The terrace of the cottage is now fully equipped to enjoy sunny days. You are responsible for cleaning the entire property.
