They are all grassy with lots of trees, complete leisure, Beach Tennis, soccer field, volleyball court, playground, dollhouse, tarzan house, campfire site, lake for sport fishing and the farm with horses, pony, bunnies, chickens, peacock. We are inside the gated community of Chácaras with 24-hour security. Guest access The farmhouse has 5,000 sq. meters, all grassy and flat, for you and your guests. The entire leisure area is private, with a heated pool, soccer field, grass volleyball net, playground, dollhouse, Tarzan house, swing, beach tennis, fire pit, and hammocks for relaxing on the balcony. There are 5 suites, all with air-conditioning and TV, a gourmet lounge and living room, with smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, 110v outlets, all very well decorated and comfortable. The small farm, the lake for sport fishing, beach tennis court and grass volleyball court are common areas of Haras São Francisco. Other things to note - Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights. Christmas / New Year's Eve Package 06 nights minimum. Carnival 5 nights minimum. - The cleaning lady makes breakfast, meals, sets the table, keeps the dishes, kitchen, common areas, balconies and toilet clean, daily rate R$200.00, per day, settle directly with her. - Small pets are accepted, with the supervision of the owner. - Sound only at ambient volume. - No amplified speakers, car sound, band music, DJ, karaoke, video karaoke.
