"Babington" is privately maintained and immaculately clean. All bed linens and bath towels are included throughout the year. All beds are freshly made upon your arrival so that guests can enjoy a stress-free vacation in this gorgeous home. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home accommodates 11 guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a double and twin bed in the second. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with a queen in the first, a queen in the second and a queen in the third. All upstairs bedrooms have an ocean view and an oceanfront porch with rockers. This home offers central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, quick-chill refrigerator, additional large ice maker, high-speed internet, smart TV's in all bedrooms, smart TV in living room area with surround sound, Apple TV, & DVD, upper and lower porches, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fish cleaning station with hot water, covered grilling area with seating and covered parking. The private walkway to the beach has a sun deck, stargazing deck and multiple showers. The pool is nicely furnished with chairs, lounges, tables and umbrellas. OPTIONAL Heated pool for early spring and late fall with 48 hour notice. 85 degrees. A separate 60 daily fee will be charged. Pool heater is not available Dec through February. Four night minimum for heated pool. If you choose to purchase pool heat please understand that outdoor weather conditions greatly affect the pool water temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 50°. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Bedding: King, Double, Twin, Queen, Queen & Queen You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. We provide only enough toilet paper, trash bags and soap to get you through the first day or two. Beach chairs and Beach/Pool towels are not provided. Guest access Parking Notes: Guests may park directly in front of the home. There is a covered parking as well as parking in the driveway. NOTE: Parking on the street and/or sidewalks is strictly prohibited and may result in a violation ticket or towing. They are quick and you probably won’t see them. Our linen company, Shallotte Cleaners, picks up/drops off our beach house laundry on Tuesdays & Fridays. You probably won't see them either. No one needs access to the house. We provide only enough toilet paper, trash bags and soap to get you through the first day or two.
