Main living area is upstairs with a large rumpus room downstairs for the children to enjoy their own space. There are 2 spacious decks at both front and rear of house and also an elevated observation deck providing excellent views of the beach and hills. Good views from decks (especially upper observation deck). Large rear garden with central lawned area bordered by native trees and shrubs. Off-street parking. Guest access You will have access to the entire house including outdoor deck areas as well as garden. Other things to note Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided but you must supply your own bed linen (i.e. sheets, towels and pillow cases) Linen packs are also available for hire from the Real Estate office (charged at $36 per bed per stay).
