Going to Round Top, the Renaissance Festival, the County Fair in Brenham, the Lavender Festival in Chappell Hill, or Washington-on-The Brazos? This is the place to stay! The space 1200 square foot farmhouse with a large living room and kitchen. Front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Next to the house relax in a swing under hundred year old Live Oaks. Sit around a campfire and look at the stars. There is a Weber grill and an outdoor brick grill for your use. Charcoal and firewood provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note This is a working ranch complete with cattle, horses, a couple of goats and a precocious mini donkey named Penny. Guests may encounter a herd of curious cattle checking them out and deer are everywhere. Guests are welcome to visit the barn to meet the horses and Penny accompanied by the owner. The farmhouse does not have cable TV or WiFi, but there is a TV screen and a very eclectic selection of DVDs . This is a chance to relax, unplug, and enjoy the beauties of nature.
